Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for educational impact? We are seeking an experienced Education Sales Partner (ESP) to strengthen and expand relationships with our educational institution clients, fostering meaningful growth and driving customer success.
What you will be doing...
As a member of our Growth sales team, you will play a key role in generating revenue through partnering with educators to support student outcomes. Our ESP’s foster and expand existing relationships with our customers by ensuring that 3P’s products are seamlessly integrated into the client’s environment and identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
- Cultivate relationships with senior stakeholders in schools and Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs), ensuring annual renewals, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and supporting expansion of 3P product suite.
- Develop and implement a targeted strategy for key accounts, driving pipeline growth and aligning your approach with our sales methodology for maximum impact.
- Proactively address potential risks, manage customer satisfaction, and reduce product fatigue to maintain engagement and increase feature adoption.
- Conduct in-depth discovery processes to align our solutions with the evolving challenges and aspirations of schools.
- Clearly articulate the unique benefits and ROI of our products, ensuring alignment with customer goals, while tailoring presentations to resonate with diverse audiences.
- Stay updated on product developments and industry trends, positioning us competitively in the UK primary school market.
- Foster relationships with customer advocates within schools and MATs to highlight best practices and drive testimonials.
Ideally you will have...
- At least 4 years’ experience in the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification to value demonstration, customer retention, and growth.
- The ability to analyse sales data, manage sales pipelines, and accurately forecast revenue.
- Proven experience working with senior stakeholders in educational institutions, including CEOs, Governors, and School Improvement Directors.
- Excellent relationship-building skills to foster long-term client retention and drive strategic engagement.
- Familiarity with the UK education landscape, including industry trends and government policies, with specific knowledge of the needs and challenges faced by schools and MATs.
- Strong communication skills to articulate the unique value propositions of the company’s products effectively to diverse clients.
- The ability to quickly learn about a broad range of products and understand market positioning.
- Staying informed about product developments (e.g., Single Sign-On enhancements, centralised reporting) and how these fit within the competitive education landscape.
- Strong analytical abilities to monitor product utilization, assess customer engagement, and implement improvements.
