We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager, Growth to join our UK Sales Leadership team. The Growth team consists of a New Business team whose focus is on partnering with new schools and MATs and an Education Sales Partner team whose focus is on growth and retention of our key account segment.

 

Our passion is to ensure our products are first and foremost in the hearts and minds of teachers, educators, and our ultimate end user – the kids!

 

This is a very exciting year for 3P Learning as there are several new products that have recently been launched into our UK market, all designed to enhance the learning journey of children whilst providing a comprehensive product offering in Mathematics, Literacy and Writing!

What you will be doing…
As the Sales Manager, Growth your focus will be to lead, coach and inspire the Growth team to grow our existing Key Account portfolio and expand our market share within schools and MATs. You are process focused with a strong sales and business acumen that will support the team’s concentration on profitable growth.
  
The Sales Manager, Growth will use their comprehensive understanding of the primary education market and EdTech sector to establish an annual sales plan that is aligned to overall Business strategy. 
  
Depending on the successful candidate’s location, this role will either be primarily remote or hybrid. 3P currently has an office in Bristol and travel will be required to strategic meetings and conferences. Only candidates currently residing in the UK with the appropriate right to work will be considered.
  
Ideally you will have:

  • 10+ years of sales experience within the primary UK Education Technology market. Experience within a SaaS company is preferred.
  • 5+ years of previous experience successfully leading a large sales team.
  • Growth mindset with the ability to develop and execute a successful, profitable focused customer strategy at a national level.
  • Experience in training and mentoring best practices pertaining to business expansion, new customer acquisition and retention, sales methodology and ability to embed the “why” into processes to ensure revenue generation.
  • A solid understanding of the primary education market and the ability to develop customised, creative strategies to address gaps in the market.
  • Work collaboratively to support market expansion and client success. 
  • Strong technical and systems understanding. Working knowledge of Sales tools such as Salesforce and SalesLoft.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with enthusiasm, tenacity and strong problem-solving skills.

  • A proven sales leader with a track record of developing, supporting, and coaching your team to achieve success within a complex global organisation.
  • Sales focused with a clear understanding of the needs and challenges of teachers and educators in the UK educational sector.
  • Effective with primarily a remote sales approach with the ability to support local strategic meetings.
  • Passionate about finding a career that makes a difference with a strong affinity for education and supporting children in achieving their learning outcomes.
