About the Job

As a Visual Designer, you assist departments, specifically the Sales department, to design, create, and enhance the visual aspects of materials, presentations, and communication. You are responsible for making sure that we have the right content available to us to send our brands message. Youll collaborate with company stakeholders, assessing what they need, work out what collateral best fits their goals, and present them with drafts and proposals. Depending on the stakeholders needs, youll design the final piece on time and of the agreed-upon quality. Youll work closely with Marketing colleagues to ensure that all content is in line with our brand identity and strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Graphic Design: Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics, images, and layouts for various sales materials, such as brochures, flyers, email templates, product catalogs, and sales presentations.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all design work adheres to the companys branding guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional look and feel across all materials.
  • User Interface (UI) Design: Support the development of user-friendly interfaces for sales-related software, applications, and websites, ensuring a visually appealing and intuitive user experience.
  • Data Visualization: Transform complex data and information into visually comprehensible and engaging infographics, charts, and graphs to support the sales teams presentations and reports.
  • Presentation Design: Design and format sales presentations that are visually compelling and effective, incorporating graphics, multimedia elements, and animations to engage clients and prospects.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the sales team to create visual content that conveys the value proposition of products or services, as well as marketing messages and sales pitches. Support development teams to ensure smooth production of the final product.
  • Image Editing: Enhance and retouch images to ensure they meet quality standards and align with the companys brand and messaging.
  • Multimedia Support: Assist in creating and editing multimedia content, such as video presentations, animations, and interactive content for sales and marketing purposes.
  • Marketing Collateral: Design marketing collateral materials, such as banners, posters, social media graphics, and digital advertisements, to promote sales campaigns and events.
  • Design Feedback: Present design solutions, discuss design choices and apply feedback with understanding and attention to detail. Collaborate with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary design adjustments to improve the effectiveness of sales materials.
  • Communication: Be able to communicate the execution of outsourced materials such as posters, banners and other print materials.

About You

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • A portfolio that shows an understanding of Graphic Design balanced with creativity and innovation. Kindly ensure that youre attaching your portfolio/sending us a link toward your portfolio.
  • Proficient in interface design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite apps like.
  • Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and in presentation tools like PowerPoint and Keynote.
  • Good understanding of UX/UI and Design systems.
  • Result-driven and flexible self-starter with a passion for creative content.
  • Strong communicator and fluent English proficiency level.
