Job Overview:

The Senior Manager of Install Base Campaigns will be responsible for developing and executing strategic cross-sell initiatives aimed at expanding our footprint within the existing customer base. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in B2B marketing, campaign management, and customer growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive cross-sell strategy to drive growth and expand business within the existing customer base.

  • Campaign Development: Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns targeting current customers to promote additional products and services.

  • Customer Segmentation: Utilize customer data and insights to segment the install base and tailor campaigns to specific customer needs and behaviors. [leverage segmentation to identify which customers to focus on]

  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer success, product, and other marketing teams to align on goals, messaging, and execution strategies.

  • Content Creation: Develop compelling content and collateral that highlights the value of additional products and services for existing customers.

  • Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness, ROI, and overall impact on customer growth.

  • Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum return on investment.

  • Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback and data to continuously improve campaign strategies and execution.

  • Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.

  • Experience:** 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on campaign management and customer growth strategies. Experience in the SaaS industry is highly preferred.

Skills: 

  •   Proven track record of developing and executing successful cross-sell campaigns.

  •   Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.

  •   Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Gifting & ABM platforms a plus

  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior leadership.

The compensation range reflects the Company’s good faith belief at the time of posting. 8x8 has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role; the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate’s primary work location. Further, individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience, knowledge, success, education and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including discretionary merit increases, bonus and/or stock. Certain roles have the opportunity to earn sales variable compensation incentives based on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.

Salary Ranges:

$126,750.00 - $211,250.00
