Responsibilities: 

  • Understand and prioritize customer business and buying needs
  • Define features including technical requirements and user experience
  • Work with cross-functional teams on go-to-market strategy including Marketing, Regional Sales Managers, Vertical Consultants, Strategy teams, Software Development team and Professional Services Consultants
  • Track and measure success of PS offerings
  • Track revenue, margin and financials for all products under the services portfolio
  • Manage the overall process of planning, developing and delivering offers to market for the Contact Center and/or Unified Communications marketplace.
  • Identify and prioritize high growth market opportunities with sustainable revenue and profitability potential
  • Develop fully integrated business cases based on market opportunity, competitive intelligence, customer value, and financial impact
  • Create and manage services offer roadmaps driving the launch and ensuring the execution of all program components and deliverables through core and extended team members.
  • Ensure successful service delivery of the offer/solution into the global market by partnering with the services delivery or vertical teams to determine resource planning, leadership support, processes and tools, and enablement.
  • Partner with the marketing team to develop global communication plans, marketing/adoption plans, sales and partner training to drive increased attach rate and portfolio profitability and ensure they are aligned with the solution/offer management plans and priorities
  • Work closely with IT team to build and manage SKUs related to PS offerings including defining and managing selling rules within the catalog

  • Identify, research, and implement offers based on 3rd party partnerships
  • Work with 8x8 social media team to increase promotion of PS offers via website, blogs, customer community site, and social media platforms
  • Maintain content on the public facing 8x8 professional services website
  • Competitive analysis, understanding what our competitors are offering and developing

 
Required Experience & Skills:

  • Highly empathetic with users, customers, and co-workers
  • Positive, team-focused attitude toward offer development
  • Effective written and presentation skills
  • Capable of taking complex issues and making them simple to understand
  • Track record developing and working with professional services packages
  • Technical background or relevant experience
  • Background and understanding of SaaS selling and contract terms
  • Experience selling SaaS Professional Services

The compensation range reflects the Company’s good faith belief at the time of posting. 8x8 has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role; the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate’s primary work location. Further, individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience, knowledge, success, education and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including discretionary merit increases, bonus and/or stock. Certain roles have the opportunity to earn sales variable compensation incentives based on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.

Salary Ranges:

$92,625.00 - $154,375.00
