Senior ABM and Campaigns Manager (1 year contract)

As the ABM and Campaigns Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing a comprehensive strategy that goes beyond traditional account-based marketing. This role will focus on high-intent programs, 1:1 ABM initiatives, and launching targeted, personalized product campaigns. Collaborating with teams across Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Sales, Revenue Enablement, and Revenue Operations, you will ensure these initiatives are impactful, scalable, and aligned with Achievers’ revenue goals.

Responsibilities:  

Leadership

  • Define and implement a strategy for ABM, high-intent programs, and product campaigns, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.  
  • Act as the main contact between marketing, sales, and revenue teams, fostering seamless collaboration and alignment.  
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with cross-functional leaders, including Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.  
  • Champion personalization, testing, and data-driven decision-making across all initiatives.  
  • Share regular updates on campaign performance with leadership during town halls and key meetings.   
  • Team Management  
  • Lead and develop a small team of ABM and Campaign Specialists, encouraging innovation and collaboration in Agile  
  • Provide hands-on guidance for campaign strategy, execution, and optimization, ensuring adherence to best practices.  
  • Enable the team to leverage insights, tools, and automation to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. 

Scale the ABM and Intent Practice

  • Expand Achievers’ ABM and high-intent playbook, incorporating innovative strategies, technologies, and new frameworks.  
  • Partner with regional teams to drive global adoption of ABM and intent-based marketing best practices.  
  • Develop and manage KPIs, creating clear reporting frameworks to demonstrate program success to stakeholders. 

Drive Campaign Excellence

  • Oversee the development and execution of high-intent initiatives, ABM campaigns, and product-focused marketing programs.  
  • Collaborate with Content, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing teams to craft compelling messaging and creative assets tailored to buyer personas and journeys.  
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for scaling. 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in progressive Account Based Marketing  
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS 
  • University or College Degree 
  • Proactive, growth-oriented mindset, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. 
  • Proven ability to manage and execute complex, multi-channel marketing strategies, particularly in a global B2B or SaaS environment. 
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience managing a team 
  • Expertise in ABM methodologies, high-intent marketing strategies, and campaign optimization. 
  • Advanced knowledge of ABM and intent tools (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense, Marketo) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce). 
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into impactful strategies. 
  • Exceptional analytical skills, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting campaign performance metrics. 
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, comfortable working across departments and presenting to senior leadership.
