The Opportunity

The Adobe Field Readiness and Enablement (FRE) team empowers our field organization with the skills, information, and application of learning to succeed in their role and meet Adobe business objectives. We provide learning experiences and educational opportunities for employees that increase their performance while simultaneously delighting our customers.

The Sr. Program Manager, Event Experience is responsible for the virtual and physical training experience for learning programs across Field Readiness & Enablement. You’ll supervise live event coordinators and virtual training facilitators to optimize classroom learning environments and build engaging experiences for learners. Collaborating with global regions, stakeholders, and Operations Delivery groups, you’ll ensure continuity between virtual and live events.

What youll Do

  • Assign and handle the bandwidth of event coordinators and virtual facilitators across global regions.
  • Supervise and improve the quality of live and virtual events globally, focusing on improving learner experiences and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of events and their results.
  • Monitor, improve and report virtual facilitator performance using quantitative and qualitative metrics, including skills assessments.
  • Conduct virtual facilitator training to improve skills and build more engaging learner experiences.
  • Develop and maintain standardized and strategically aligned service packages for customer engagement across live and virtual events.
  • Regularly update and educate the organization on event support services and operationally aligned processes providing clear and accessible resources.
  • Collaborate on continuous process improvements for a flawless learner journey in both virtual and physical events.
  • Collaborate with Crawford Communications and Enablement Program owners to handle event budgets, prize requests, and purchase orders.
  • Consistently consolidate and present program metrics to team members and leadership to drive informed decision-making and highlight program impact.
  • Develop and present quarterly/annual critical initiatives to drive growth in virtual and live event programs, enhancing overall business value.

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience in, marketing, communications, events management or related field.
  • 5+ years shown success leading in-person and on-line events, preferably in B2B technology or SaaS industry.
  • Well organized, able to drive multiple projects in parallel, balancing critical, strategic and creative thinking with tactical execution.
  • Confirmed experience in forecasting and handling budgets, vendor negotiation, supervising procurement processes, tracking expenses, and delivering cost-effective events.
  • Ability to find opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Wiki, and experience with event management software and virtual platforms (Adobe Workfront, Adobe Learning Manager, Adobe Experience Manager, and Kaltura helpful).
  • Knowledge of with events and or learning & development industry trends and incorporates emerging technologies into strategies and solutions.
  • Validated ability to influence, lead and mentor teams, including event coordinators and virtual facilitators.
  • Data-driven approach with a focus on measuring event success.
  • Experience working with global teams and running events across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Experience in virtual and/or live training facilitation a plus.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $108,600 -- $195,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
