The App ecosystem team is part of the Partnerships organization. Our mission is to build a best in class App ecosystem and create fruitful partnerships for both partners and Aircall to bring our customers the best integrations for their businesses to thrive.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Partnerships Technical Advocate is the technical bridge between Aircall and our technology partners. Your expertise in web development, APIs, and integrations will play a key role in inspiring and supporting our partners as they build innovative solutions using Aircall’s platform.
You’ll collaborate closely with our Partner Development Manager to provide partners with technical insights, best practices, and most used integration features. On some occasions this will include creating technical documentation and detailed implementation plans.
As a cross-functional role, you’ll work with Product, Solutions Engineering, Implementation services, and other teams to maintain and grow our Developer ecosystem. This ecosystem includes our Developer Portal, integration pages, SDKs, public APIs, and marketplace listings.
You’ll represent Aircall in the developer community, sharing knowledge and engaging with developers through blog posts, webinars, community events, and more.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Support and guide partners and developers building, testing, and optimizing integrations with Aircall, providing insights, assets, and troubleshooting support as needed.
- Create clear, detailed technical documentation and implementation plans that support partners throughout the integration process.
- Work closely with internal teams to maintain and expand our Developer Portal, SDKs, public API resources, and integration listings across marketplaces to ensure they reflect the latest features and best practices.
- Actively promote Aircall through blogs, webinars, and events to raise awareness of our platform and its possibilities, fostering a vibrant developer community.
- Research and identify emerging technology partners whose products align with Aircall’s platform, bringing forward recommendations for partnership that enhance integration value and address emerging customer needs.
SPECIFIC SKILLS
- Deep technical expertise in modern web development, along with a solid understanding of APIs, SDKs (JavaScript, Node.js, REST…)
- Good understanding of backend and Integrations design patterns.
- Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical details into clear, actionable guidance.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners, offering both technical guidance and strategic insight.
- Self-driven, organized, adaptable in fast-paced, evolving environments and a positive attitude.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to engage with technical and non-technical audiences alike.
- Fluent English
- Previous experience as a developer advocate, solutions engineering, implementations consultant or a similar role
- Proven experience at a leading tech company building integrations, developing APIs, creating SDKs, or developer portals.
- Experience in a fast-paced, growth driven organization, and comfortable dealing with constant change.
- Familiarity with CCaaS, UCaaS, or SaaS platforms.
- Knowledge of data analysis to track engagement and assess the impact of developer initiatives.
