Job Description
- Develop and implement ideas for new content pieces (blogs, industry reports, webinars, whitepapers, ebooks) with the team.
- Write, update, and manage content regularly for digital communication channels, including social media, websites, and newsletters.
- Support the search engine optimization of our website content.
- Develop marketing assets, LinkedIn ad creatives/posts, and videos while ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.
- Engage in marketing research to stay updated on market developments and trends and proactively propose new initiatives and processes to improve marketing activities.
- Provide general support (research, translations DE/EN, writing and correcting texts, etc.)
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., marketing, communications, business, graphic design, web development, or similar).
- Passion for writing and creating content; Big plus if previous experience in content creation.
- Good editorial skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Experience with Design Tools and Canva
- Experience in prompting on tools like GPT or Claude for generating inspiration for content.
- Basic knowledge of web development, SEO and experience with WordPress is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, efficiently, and collaboratively in a team
- Proactive, organized, and open-minded attitude with a “can do, will do!” mentality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
