🚀 The Product Marketing Team 🚀
Being a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) at Alan means joining a cross-functional team and being at the heart of the companys growth.
Youll be at the crossroads of the Product & Sales / Key Account Managers teams to make sure we tell our strategic narrative and highlight our differentiation to our prospects and customers.
⭐️ Your Mission ⭐️
Your role as Senior PMM will be to work at the cross road of Product and Business teams on:
Defining and executing the go-to-market of our products and services:
Define the positioning
Craft the B2B pitch and B2C story (in French)
Train Sales / Key Account Management / Customer Success teams
Build marketing assets and campaigns to launch products or services
Define strategies to drive adoption by our member or customer base
Being the voice of the prospect/customer: organise and funnel back the feedback from the field to influence the product roadmap and iterate on the pitch
You will be joining a versatile team of marketers. As Senior PMM, you will have the opportunity to shape the way we work, challenge our org and mentor other marketers.

You will be a good fit for the role if you have:
Talent in storytelling and copywriting. Fluency in French and cultural context is a must.
Experience in defining, positioning and launching products or services
Appetite for both strategic thinking and hands-on work (e.g. content creation)
Background in a B2B2E (Employees) or B2B environment
