The Revenue Operations Analyst vacancy is a newly created role that will be pivotal to the continued success of the Planet Mark division. Acting as a key point of collaboration between sales, marketing and member success teams, this is a high-profile role with the ability to drive continuous improvements across the revenue driving parts of the business. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, numerate individual with an energy and desire to play a leading role in a high growth, purpose driven organisation.

What that means day to day
Data Analysis:
- Evaluation of marketing activity and lead channels at top of funnel and how this is transitioning into appointments and opportunities.
- Scrutiny of the sales pipeline, sales activity, and performance.
- Creation and management of forecasting models for Sales and Account Management teams.
- Ongoing analysis of sales team performance at team and individual level, to include but not limited to individual activity, conversion, lead time and achievement of targets whilst trending this data overtime.
Create insights:
- Pro-actively identifying gaps within our process and highlight areas of improvement through data insights.
- Development and continuation of key performance indicators for the wider commercial teams through reporting, dashboards, and presentations.
- Maintenance of existing dashboards and reporting.
- Supporting and preparing data for monthly and quarterly board reports.
- Producing any ad hoc analysis required by relevant stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaboration with key stakeholders, including senior commercial leaders in marketing, sales, member success teams and finance to ensure accuracy and alignment with business goals.
- Ownership of strategic weekly meetings between Sales Director and Head of Marketing to facilitate timely appraisal of current performance and generate accurate forecasting.
- Collaborate with Commercial teams to improve data hygiene and integrity within Dynamics.
- Any other ad hoc duties that may be required.
