About the team
The Partner Solutions Executive will play a high visibility role within the Partner Solutions team. Reporting to the Director, Partner Solutions, you will be responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with Alloy’s key product and data partners, negotiating contracts with new and existing data partners and identifying growth opportunities to support our clients and end-to-end identity risk management platform Product and data partnerships are fundamental to Alloy’s long-term success, and this role will be critical to driving alignment with Alloy’s strategic initiatives.
What youll be doing
As the Partner Solutions Executive for a portfolio of partners, you will be responsible for:
- Creating, building and strengthening best-in-class relationships with Alloy’s third party product and data partners to ensure long term mutual success
- Articulating the value of Alloy’s end-to-end identity risk platform to both Alloy clients and product partners to the portfolio of partners
- Enabling high client satisfaction with Alloy by successful management of partner related issues, resolving, escalating when necessary, and communicating resolutions to all relevant parties
- Identifying additional opportunities to grow partnerships, including through co-marketing, co-selling to mutual clients and prospects, and joint new business initiatives
- Leading commercial negotiations for new and existing data and product partners for all matters including distribution, referral, technical integration, and partner program
- Continually elevating Alloy team members’ knowledge about partner capabilities and support Alloy’s consultative sales model, particularly sales and marketing
- Assisting in providing regular business and product updates from Alloy, and helping to establish mutual line of sight into each partner
- Assisting in efforts to streamline Alloy-Partner processes, reporting and communication to enable the function to scale effectively
- Assisting in working with product teams to identify and prioritize new partner and product integration opportunities
Who we’re looking for
- Intellectually curious about challenges financial services companies face in identity risk management and solutions in the market to address them
- 3-5 years of experience in consulting, with additional experience in a strategic and operational role in a fast-paced tech company highly preferred
- A proven relationship manager with a strong track record of aligning interests across teams and with external partners
- Some experience with vendor management, including contract negotiation/procurement, also a plus
- A highly motivated self-starter; you are comfortable with ambiguity but act quickly to put structure in place
- A process-oriented mindset and ability to lead people to get things done
- Someone who knows when to zoom in and zoom out and can easily move between the big picture and tactical execution depending on the task at hand
- Someone who brings a low ego attitude and get-it-done mentality to the table
- Excitement about moving into a high visibility role at a rapidly growing tech company
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with KYC, KYB, fraud identification or other data providers preferred, but not required

This position has a minimum base salary of $110,000 and a midpoint base salary of $129,000. The base pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards in the form of stock options (ISOs).
