About the team
Solutions Architects play a major role in Alloy’s Revenue organization and are paramount to deal success. The Solutions Architect is responsible for delivering the technical win for client accounts. You will handle the technical post-sales relationship, present product fit, propose technical architectures, demonstrate the product, anticipate concerns, and offer creative technical solutions to Alloy clients.
What youll be doing
Reporting to the Manager of Solutions Architecture, you will be
- Acting as the technical lead on select single-product implementations, working closely with the Alloy Implementations Managers
- Supporting Senior Solution Architects on complex client implementations by providing technical support, collaborating on technical and architectural overviews, and contributing to the development of policies and frameworks
- Acting as an advisor on the data vendors Alloy integrates with
- Consult on methods of integrating with Alloys API in code
- Running and handling end to end testing to meet client needs
- Serving as a client advocate in driving the development of Alloy’s products and services internally
- Supporting the maintenance of technical documentation and FAQs

You thrive on understanding user needs, solving problems, and communicating technical solutions in a way that’s accessible to non-technical stakeholders. You’re excited about the opportunity to bridge the gap between technical teams and clients, contributing to the successful delivery of software solutions.
- 1-3 years experience in a technical role, such as software developer, data analyst, systems engineer, or similar
- Hands-on, passionate and creative problem solver
- Strong communicator, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Desire to work directly with clients and build relationships through solution-oriented discussions
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn new technologies and expand your skill set in both technical and client-facing roles.
- Familiarity with API integrations, software deployment processes, and system architecture
- Able to travel occasionally (approximately once per quarter) for client on-sites.
- Previous software development experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:
- backend (Node.js, Python, SQL)
- web development (Javascript, HTML/CSS, frontend frameworks - React)
- Previous experience at a Fintech Startup or in a post sales client facing role is a huge plus!

This position has a salary range of $110,000 to $129,000. The base pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and region. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards in the form of stock options (ISOs).
