Alteryx is searching for an Alteryx Analytics Cloud (AAC) Governance Analyst. This position is remote-friendly.
Position Overview:
As an Alteryx Analytics Cloud (AAC) Governance Analyst on the Analytic Governance and Infrastructure team, you will be part of an innovative and groundbreaking team, being primarily responsible for maintaining and enhancing a world-class enterprise data analytics environment and driving continuous improvement for a world-class analytics company. You will work closely with the Data Analytics team, our business partners, and key stakeholders to support Alteryx Analytics Cloud features/functionality and help bring thoughtful enterprise solutions and best practices that the Alteryx organization can trust and can be leveraged by our customers. Success in this role is critical to the Alteryx Analytics Cloud evolution by supporting internal use and incorporating Customer 0 feedback to provide product enhancements.
Primary Responsibilities:
Serve as an Alteryx Analytics Cloud (AAC) Product specialist, staying informed of new features/functionalities.
Primary Admin of our Production Workspace, supporting the evolving needs of our business partners and ensuring we are compliant with legal/audit requirements.
Create Alteryx Analytics Cloud (AAC) Platform how-to guides and provide office hour support for internal resources.
Drive operational efficiency by establishing and maintaining standard operation procedures for Alteryx Analytics Cloud workflow deployment and best practices.
Enable and guide Alteryx Analytics Cloud (AAC) administrators of pilot workspaces, using established best practices and how-to guides.
Run monthly Alteryx Analytics Cloud (AAC) Workspace admin forums.
Serve as the primary contact for Product Engineering feedback loop - collecting, organizing and distilling internal feedback provided and product enhancements.
Use your innate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and internal drive to continually grow and develop our internal use of our Alteryx Analytics Cloud products.
Help to develop usage KPIs and executive readouts
Qualifications:
Customer Support/Service, Analytics, or Data Governance experience and/or internship.
Ability to succinctly distill product feedback into feature requests and enhancements for product managers.
Comfortable interfacing with all levels of business and leading internal product discussions.
Comprehension of SDLC in the Data & Analytics space.
Intermediate SQL experience.
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work autonomously, and unrelenting attention to detail.
Strong oral and written communication.
Valued Skills:
BA/BS degree in Information Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related technical field.
Experience with Alteryx Designer/Server.
Experience working in Jira or similar tool for sprint management.
Understanding of Data Governance methodology.
Experience with enterprise environment deployments.
Experience supporting or working in enterprise analytics environments
Compensation:
Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
The salary range for this role in the United States is $95,000 - $120,000.
Employees may also be eligible for a wide range of other benefits, such as a bonus or commission, medical, retirement, financial, wellness, time off, employee discounts, and others.
