Role Overview:
The GTM (Go-To-Market) Insights & Analytics Professional will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making across our sales, marketing, partner and customer success teams. You will analyze performance data, uncover trends, and deliver actionable insights that help shape strategies and improve operational efficiency. This role requires a mix of analytical expertise, business acumen, and communication skills to turn data into impactful stories for internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze GTM performance metrics (e.g., pipeline health, lead conversion, sales cycle time) to identify patterns, opportunities, and risks.
- Dashboard Development: Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into key GTM metrics.
- Strategic Insights: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover growth opportunities and optimize GTM strategies based on data insights.
- Predictive Analytics: Use statistical models to forecast performance and recommend actions to drive growth and customer retention.
- Market Research: Conduct market and competitive analysis to understand trends and benchmark performance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present findings and recommendations to executives and key GTM stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Revenue Operations, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Data Science teams to ensure alignment on KPIs and insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, SFDC CRMA, or Alteryx Designer.
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing funnel metrics.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce is highly desirable.

Compensation
Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
The salary range for this role in the United States is $110,000-140,000.
In addition, you may be eligible for additional compensation, such as a bonus. Employees may also be eligible for a wide range of other benefits, including medical, retirement, financial, wellness, time off, employee discounts, and others.
