This role involves investigating incidents involving Flex Delivery Partners (DPs), reviewing high risk cases making informed business decisions. The ideal candidate is a bilingual (Portuguese, Brazilian preferred / English) skilled communicator and problem solver with a passion for conducting thorough investigations to ensure accurate and fair outcomes.
