  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
    - 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

    - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
    - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
    - 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
    - 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
    - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
    - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

    Program Manager II, Support Excellence, is responsible for improving quality metrics across multiple programs, lead tech developments and engaging stakeholder at each step to achieve business goals.

    Key job responsibilities
    * You work independently, seeking guidance as needed. You deliver difficult, cross-functional projects, or you may work with more teams if program goals require it.
    * You may work directly with customers, Operations and other partner teams, and (at a high level) engineering teams.
    * Your work is strategic/tactical. You have a solid understanding of the business problems, tools, workflows, and the interdependencies that pertain to your program area.
    * You generally work across teams. Influence their customers, roadmap priorities, and decisions. May influence external entity interactions. You will begin to mentor.
    * You are able to identify stakeholder needs and key performance indicators (KPIs). You help your customers and (where appropriate) engineering teams make trade-offs by considering the larger picture.
    * You help teams determine where to iterate to make improvements. You determine if success metrics are in place, and if not, you work to define them.
    * You apply process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Kaizen analyses, or another approach).
    * Your job requires usage of Excel, query, and/or BI tools. Also, Six Sigma and Project/Program Management is required.
    * You look for opportunities to improve system quality and operational excellence.

    Amazon Robotics(AR) develops state-of-the art robotics for Amazon’s Fulfillment Centers, which handle more individual items than any company in the world. We are combining computer vision, mobile robots, advanced end-of-arm tooling and high-degree of freedom movement to solve real-world problems at huge scale. Our team collaborates with a variety of customers across Amazon worldwide to conceive, develop, prototype and deploy a wide range of robotic systems. Within AR, Global Operations - Artificial Intelligence (GO-AI) enables Amazon to accelerate and scale our machine learning transformation via human-in-the-loop support. Support Excellence team in GO-AI is a Insights and Quality improvement engine for GO-AI Operations, Global Fulfillment centers and AR.
