About the Role

The Resy Guest Marketing team’s mission is to drive unmatched demand to the Resy restaurant network by building an engaged guest base via compelling value messaging and refined segmentation strategy. As Analyst/Sr. Analyst, Resy Guest & Product Marketing, you will be focused on supporting the development and execution of Resy’s digital marketing curriculum for guests. You will play a crucial role in building internal and external partner relationships, gathering insights and learnings, and ensuring all email and digital marketing assets are deployed efficiently and accurately. This role works in close collaboration with the broader Resy team (inclusive of Resy B2C and B2B Marketing, Product, and Data) and reports to the Sr. Manager, Resy Guest & Product Marketing.

   

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the creative development and approval process across digital marketing campaigns, liaising with Legal, Compliance, Brand, and external agencies
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution for email and other digital marketing channels, including segmentation, set-up, deployment, and post-launch performance coupled with go-forward plans
  • Partner with internal product and data stakeholders to understand guest and restaurant needs, developing marketing plans in conjunction with Sr. Manager to drive guest engagement
  • Own and lead full team marketing work plan tracking, campaign flighting, and prioritization against business priorities and resources
  • Own guest marketing claims and lead coordination with B2B product marketing on engagement trends to drive alignment across guest & restaurant teams
  • Act as data analyst across marketing campaign performance, creating and managing reporting and bespoke analytics (Funnel reporting and marketing attribution)
  • Assess opportunities to deliver more robust reporting suites across campaigns to highlight variances in performance (content, engagement, etc.) across different segments (e.g. Priority City view)

 

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of digital marketing and/or product experience in digital channels (partner and/or Amex owned)
  • Experience with end-to-end campaign execution (planning, set-up, legal reviews, etc.) and ability to independently move timelines forward
  • Experience consolidating and delivering campaign insights across teams and up to leadership – prior use of Microsoft Power Point preferred
  • Highly analytical, proven ability to synthesize complex topics and use funnel performance data to make business recommendations across channels (heavy Excel experience and experience with Adobe reports required)
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and ability to lead large groups of matrixed partners across the Enterprise, including Marketing, Operations, Product, and Data. Ability to act as a confident PMO for team to prioritize work and back logs across complete Snr Manager team remit
  • Positive self-starter with a thirst to move quickly and challenge what’s been done
  • Highly organized and comfortable delivering results across multiple workstreams simultaneously; attention-to-detail is critical
  • Intellectual curiosity and passion for understanding what drives customer behavior
  • Strong storyteller with a thoughtful ability to flex your style based on the audience
  • Great sense of humor and passion for restaurants a plus

 

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
