How will you make an impact in this role?

Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the leading payments provider for businesses and corporations of all sizes, with small business being the largest customer segment and a continued area of investment and focus. The Small Business Marketing Team is responsible for acquisition and customer engagement marketing for all Small Business Charge, Proprietary Lending, and Co-brand cards.

Within Small Business Marketing, the Customer Growth Marketing Team is responsible for deepening engagement with our existing Customers to accelerate growth and momentum for the business. The Senior Analyst, Customer Shop will support the digital acquisition experience for existing Small Business Card Member on Card Shop. This individual will be responsible for optimizing this digital interface to deliver revenue through cross-sells, upgrades, and employee cards across the Charge, Lend, and Co-brand portfolios. This person will manage execution, creative/copy, user experience, offers, journey optimization, and test and learn activities while supporting key product launches and refreshes within the channel. This individual will work closely with colleagues across Small Business Marketing Services, Analytics, EDDS, Brand, GCO/Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Capabilities teams to deliver for on our team priorities.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Support the marketing and execution of cross-sells, upgrades, and standalone supps across Customer Shop in partnership with leader and peers
  • Manage a robust marketing calendar across acquisition, including creative development for new product launches, refreshes, LTOs, and site enhancements
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities for the channel; working with key stakeholders to prioritize and build feature enhancements to improve Card Member experiences and increase full funnel response rates
  • Partner with analytics to understand channel performance, translate data into insights, and optimize accordingly
  • Support the development of the channel forecast, monthly reporting/commentary, and R&O process

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Digital Marketing experience preferred

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
