A DAY IN THE LIFE:
As a Director of Implementations, your day will be dynamic and fast-paced. You will play a pivotal role in the management of our implementations including new client launches, change requests and product/feature enhancements across both Consumer and Small business platforms. You will manage a team of implementation specialists dedicated to delivery; driving adherence to implementation playbooks, best practices as it applies to change management and project ownership. Furthermore, youll work closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging your expertise to contribute to the growth and success of the company.

WHAT WE’LL TRUST YOU TO DELIVER:
- Collaboration: Facilitate effective coordination among cross-functional teams, including product, developers, engineers, and QA to execute implementations seamlessly and resolve any challenges efficiently.
- Innovative Solutions: Identify customer pain points as it pertains to implementations and drive the development of innovative solutions. Work closely with product, technology teams and strategic partners to ensure the successful implementation of joint projects.
- Management of the entire implementation process; from configuration and customization to testing and deployment of Amounts solutions, ensuring a seamless and successful adoption journey for our valued customers.
- Drive a scalable, repeatable implementation process. Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at refining implementation processes and methodologies to enhance overall efficiency and meet budgetary targets.
- Responsible for change request management. Aids the team in the decision-making regarding custom change requests. Assessment of client requirements, scope and cost estimates, project management and schedules.
- Financial and Metric Performance: Drive metric tracking and performance enhancements related to budgets, billable rates and profitable revenue driven from implementation activities.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to the Implementations team, fostering their professional growth and ensuring a high-performing team
- Executive level Communication: Engage with senior executives internally and externally; providing clear, concise and transparent information. Remediating escalations where necessary.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams involved in implementation activities. Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the organization.
WHAT YOU LIKELY BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software implementation, technical consultancy, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex implementations in the FinTech or financial services industry. Background in loan origination systems is a plus.
- Project Management skills: Proven ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop, inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, business requirements, and client needs while maintaining a positive attitude and customer-centric focus.
- Experience with platform implementations or similar enterprise software solutions is highly desirable.
