The Role
You will:
- Oversee delivery of customer value projects, building to the spirit of value in which the contract was signed, and the details of contractual deliverables. This includes projects for net new customers and ongoing value expansion.
- Facilitate accuracy in project scoping where applicable, and direct seamless customer transitions to the Customer Success team through your ownership of the scoped project.
- Oversee and provide accountability, transparency, and reporting for delivering the value projects across your customer portfolio.
- Partner across the Customer Success team to deliver ongoing value for our customers.
- You will have travel responsibilities up to 35% of the time.
- You will report to the Senior Manager, Solution Delivery.
Interesting Problems
- Manage complex, global and multi-brand implementations across the customer lifecycle.
- Work with late stage sales prospects to scope services engagements, and facilitate seamless transitions to services.
- Guide projects to on-budget completion with meticulously managed project scope.
- Coordinate project tasks, manage timelines, maintain project plans, secure resources and bring transparency in project status to clients, project sponsors and senior management.
- Manage connecting the dots between the right resources (executive and technical) and the right problems, directly participating and ensuring the teams are empowered to deliver the best possible outcomes.
- Anticipate project risk to deliverables, their dates, and influence on implementation success, using healthy escalation practices.
- Be curious about your customers from a strategic perspective - get to know their business, their industry, and develop an understanding of Amperity’s value proposition within this context to deliver the best possible value delivery & consultative experience.
- Be an advocate of your client base across the organization – work with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Executive Leadership teams to ensure the Amperity service is built to be well-aligned with client needs and goals.
- Manage customer relationships, engaging them in value-added activities.
About You
- Deep background in professional services, with demonstrated technical project management experience managing large-scale SaaS implementations at Fortune 500 companies, using multiple project methodologies.
- 5+ years of experience managing complex technical implementations, end-to-end.
- 5+ years of experience translating technical and functional requirements into project scope.
- 5+ years of experience with applied experience to database technologies and data analysis, and can understand and speak with credibility to technical and architecture topics.
- Experience in the Martech or AdTech vertical.
- You enjoy digging into prospects pain points and validating the issues theyre facing. You then take this knowledge and communicate product benefits appropriate for each customer to customer teams and executive leaders of all seniority levels. You have experience earning their confidence by understanding their businesses and applying that knowledge to your engagements
Location
We have a hybrid work model for employees based in Seattle, WA, and New York, NY, with three days in the office days each week, providing a mix of in-person collaboration and remote flexibility
We will also consider fully remote in CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, MN, NJ, OH, OR, and TX
Compensation
Base Salary: $132,000 - $180,000. Within our pay range, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications such as skills, experience, and education/training.
Cash Incentives: Cash incentives are also available.
Stock Options: The opportunity for ownership is an exciting part of Amperity’s total compensation package. Every employee at Amperity receives a new-hire equity grant, commensurate with the scope of their position.
