With deep expertise in warehouse operations, inventory control, and ERP systems (including NetSuite), this role will focus on refining processes that directly impact financial reporting, forecasting accuracy, and end-to-end supply chain effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management & Accuracy: Drive initiatives to improve inventory accuracy, enhance real-time visibility, and uphold data integrity, ensuring compliance with financial controls and reporting standards.
Transaction Management & Optimization: Conduct a comprehensive analysis of current EDI transaction usage (inbound receipts, inventory updates, order fulfillment, returns processing, financial settlements) and lead process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the SME and liaison between Inbound, Operations, Finance, and Technology Management to ensure seamless integration of inventory and transaction processes across teams.
Process Improvement & Standardization: Partner with the BPM Director of SIOP and the BPM Director of Operations to implement best practices for inventory management, stock reconciliation, and transaction workflows, ensuring operational efficiency and financial accountability.
Technology & System Enhancements: Collaborate with Business Systems and Technology Management to assess and implement scalable solutions, such as API-based integrations or enhanced ERP functionality, to improve transaction automation and inventory visibility.
Inventory Strategy & Integration: Align inventory planning and transaction processes with broader supply chain strategies by partnering with the BPM Director of SIOP and Operations to support distribution center (DC) integration and financial objectives.
Financial & Compliance Considerations: Work closely with Supply Chain and Finance teams to ensure inventory transactions are accurately recorded, reconciled, and reported, mitigating risks associated with misaligned or unsupported transactions.
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management: Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive adoption of improved processes, providing training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure sustainability and effectiveness.
Risk Mitigation & Strategic Planning: Identify gaps, prioritize areas for improvement, and develop a structured roadmap for phased implementation of future-state transaction management strategies.
Key Qualifications:
Extensive hands-on experience in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management, and supply chain process optimization.
Strong expertise in ERP systems and transaction frameworks (EDI, API-based integrations, 900-series transactions).
Demonstrated ability to analyze and enhance controls related to inventory and supply chain transactions.
Proven success in driving process improvement initiatives and leading cross-functional teams in complex supply chain environments.
Ability to develop and communicate clear business requirements, define testing protocols, conduct UAT, and support technology-driven process enhancements.
Experience working with finance teams and CFOs to align operational processes with financial reporting requirements and risk mitigation strategies.
Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills to drive adoption and continuous improvement.
