Primary Function :

Responsible in maintaining SAP accuracy by entering new and updated customer information, sales order bookings and changes in SAP for Legacy ADI.

Educational Background:

Preferably a graduate of any 4 years bachelor’s degree course.

Experience:

Must be a fresh graduate in any course, and preferably  has working experience in semiconductor industry but not required.

Knowledge, skill and abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Ability to work with others towards a common goal.
  • Flexible and multi-tasked.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Processes customer requests forms from Worldwide Customer Ops by encoding data at SAP Hana system such as: (i) New Order creation (TA), (ii) Change request, (iii) Customer master cleanse

2. Verifies entered customer account data by cohesive reviewing for deficiencies and resolves discrepancies by using standard procedures.

3. Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

4. Ensure that the company’s commitment on environmental management, health and safety is   observed and performed.

5.Be aware of the company’s quality and environmental policies.

For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export  licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.  As such, applicants for this position – except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) – may have to go through an export licensing review process.
