As a Product Manager, you will lead the charge in dismantling the barriers between digital assets and traditional finance, starting with fiat. Your mission is to shape the product strategy and execution that bridges these two worlds for institutional clients, creating innovative solutions in payments and treasury management. By seamlessly integrating traditional banking with the fast-evolving digital asset ecosystem, you will empower institutions to navigate the future of finance with ease and confidence.

You may be a fit for this role if you have:

  • Demonstrated success as a product manager in the fintech industry, with a proven ability to drive high impact products from concept to market leadership.
  • Experience in driving and managing complex projects across multiple teams, demonstrating exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at conveying complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences, including both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • The flexibility to adapt quickly to changing industry dynamics, priorities, and client needs, ensuring that product strategies remain relevant and proactive.

Although not a requirement, bonus points if:

  • You have built successfully banking and financial products at a fintech and understand how payment rails work in the US
  • You have a good understand the stable coins industry
  • You were emotionally moved by the soundtrack to Hamilton, which chronicles the founding of a new financial system. :)

Compensation at Anchorage Digital

  • Compensation at Anchorage Digital is market-driven and data-informed. All full-time employees receive a market-leading salary, meaningful equity, and a generous perks and benefits package.
  • Compensation Range: $168,000-$205,000 - this salary range may be inclusive of multiple regional locations and job grades. This compensation range will be narrowed during the interview process based on skills, abilities, and experience required. ****We partner with third party firms annually to verify equity, cash, benefits, and perks benchmarks.
