We are an in-office company, and our expectation is that employees primarily work from their Applied Intuition office 5 days a week. However, we also recognize the importance of flexibility and trust our employees to manage their schedules responsibly. This may include occasional remote work, starting the day with morning meetings from home before heading to the office, or leaving earlier when needed to accommodate family commitments. (Note: this is not applicable for EpiSci roles)
About the role
We are looking for a Web Developer to join our Platform team and create an engaging user experience across our website, blog, marketing digital properties, and much more. This is a highly visible role responsible for realizing the communication, marketing, and user experience goals of our entire company. You will collaborate closely with our Platform (engineering), Marketing, and Design team.
At Applied Intuition, you will:
- Use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create user-friendly corporate web pages and implement new features and functionality
- Turn Figma design files into responsive websites that support all browsers and devices
- Test, maintain, and improve websites; troubleshoot technical issues related to delivering experiences
- Build web-based sales templates that could be easily adopted by non-technical users
- Implement custom code in other digital properties and enable user engagement workflows (e.g., marketing newsletters)
- Possess a fundamental grasp of web user experience goals for visitors
- Enable analytics and measurement across experiences; improve SEO
- Support the implementation of marketing automation technologies
- Develop and maintain our internal content distribution platform
- Develop and maintain our company intranet
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Bachelors degree in a technical or design field
- 3+ years of web development experience
- Strong HTML, CSS, and Javascript skills with experience building responsive sites across a variety of browsers and devices
- Strong QA mindset; attention to detail and an appreciation for design and UX
- Ability to deliver under tight timing constraints
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with Webflow and marketing/email automation tools
- Familiarity with Git or other version control software
- Familiarity with React, Angular, or other industry-leading frameworks
- Familiarity with web standards, cross-browser compatibility, accessibility and SEO
The salary range for this position is $110,000 USD to $160,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Companys compensation practices.
