Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to partners and senior associates working in various areas of financial law.
  • Manage the billing process, including time entry, invoicing, and follow-up on outstanding payments.
  • Liaise with the firms finance department regarding the management of client accounts and transaction-related payments.
  • Manage AML requirements for client onboarding, ensuring all procedures are followed.
  • Manage auditing requests for clients.
  • Maintain and organise physical and electronic files, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Coordinate and manage communication with clients and other stakeholders involved in finance transactions.
  • Arrange meetings, conference calls, and travel itineraries
  • Prepare, proofread, and format a variety of legal documents, including agreements and other related documents.
  • Assist in the management of transaction documents and coordinate the execution of legal agreements.
  • Other administrative tasks as required.
