THE ROLE
The Director, Supply Chain Finance (Brand Partnerships) at AG1 is responsible for delivering mission-critical analytics and insights to leadership and key stakeholders in supporting our Partnership business. The Supply Chain Finance team leads the development of the overall budget, rolling forecast and mid- to long-range planning, and financial planning of operational projects. This role will provide dedicated Supply Chain FP&A support to our Partnership teams, own forecast development, reporting of key KPIs, business case development, and monthly variance reporting within Supply Chain. This role will partner closely with the members of our Supply Chain and Commercial teams to gain key inputs and provide reporting and analytics to support scalable business operations. Additionally, the Director, Supply Chain Finance Partnerships will serve as a key business partner to the Supply Chain leadership team, Finance leadership team, and Commercial business partners across the company.
The ideal candidate for the Director, Supply Chain Finance (Brand Partnerships) role is someone who is highly analytical, detail-oriented and excited to work in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- You will be the FP&A partner supporting the Partnership teams in forecasting and owning key metrics
- Own the full Tracking & Monitoring (T&M) process for Partnerships through KPI and financial initiative tracking
- Full ownership of Partnership COGS, inventory management, and Gross Margin improvements
- Responsible for Productivity (cost savings initiatives) across the Partnerships
- Develop scalable financial models and reports that support monthly business reviews (internal and external), annual planning and budgeting, rolling forecasts, and monthly/weekly forecasting processes
- Quantification of risks and opportunities including dynamic changes in the business, vendor and risk management, and macro supply chain events
- Closely collaborate within FP&A, leadership team and cross-functionally to proactively find opportunities for improvement and provide strategic analysis, insights, reporting, and analytics that influence business decision-making
- Collaborate with revenue- & marketing-focused FP&A team members to ensure synchronicity of changes and drivers with demand forecasts
- Prepare monthly variance analysis and deep dive reviews to improve the accuracy of our forecasting and financial reporting in partnership with our Accounting team
- Champion for the FP&A team within other areas of the company for such needs as process and systems improvements, data integrity and timelines
- Look to automate, streamline and improve all FP&A processes
- Support other areas of the FP&A team with financial forecasting when needed
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in Finance and FP&A
- Commercial Partnership or Supply Chain background and experience is highly preferred
- Ability to understand the relationship between operational metrics and financial performance
- Experience with NetSuite ERP and/or Adaptive is highly preferred and experience with FP&A planning tools is a plus
- Knowledge in all things MS Office and Google Suite
- Excitement to be part of a building new processes in a fast-paced environment and comfortable working remotely
- Experience building complex financial models that are scalable and conducive to interdepartmental inputs
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to switch gears in a dynamic environment
- Natural inquisitiveness to deeply understand drivers and variances of business operations
- Takes a proactive approach to setting and achieving goals and communicating progress and findings
- Ability to analyze large data sets to gain business insights to support decision making and forecasting
- Strong time-management and people skills, flexibility, and multitasking ability
- Acute attention to detail and accuracy with desire to take ownership in a results oriented environment
- Impeccable organizational skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to work closely with leadership teams

AG1 is dedicated to providing equitable and competitive compensation & benefits packages. For this particular role, the base salary range is $140,000 - $175,000 and will ultimately be decided at the offer stage, based on an individual candidate’s level of skills and experience aligned with the needs of this role. Base salary is one component of total compensation for this position. We provide a competitive mix of base salary, performance bonus, and stock option allocation for eligible roles.
