THE ROLE

AG1 is seeking a skilled Senior Copywriter, Campaigns to join our Creative team and lead the development of compelling copy that powers our marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Director, Copy, this role will be focused on crafting impactful and persuasive messaging across various channels, including digital, social, email, print, and more. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with a deep understanding of brand voice and audience engagement, and who can turn strategic objectives into compelling content that drives results.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead the creation of clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for integrated marketing campaigns, including digital ads, email marketing, social media, landing pages, and print
  • Collaborate with the creative team, brand strategists, and marketing managers to ensure all copy aligns with campaign objectives, brand voice, and tone
  • Work closely with designers to develop cohesive visuals and copy, bringing campaign concepts to life 
  • Write and edit both short-form (ads, social media) and long-form (blog posts, emails, landing pages) content
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and style across all campaign assets
  • Optimize and refine campaign copy based on performance data, customer insights, and team feedback
  • Contribute innovative ideas in brainstorming sessions and help drive creative direction for campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and evolving media channels to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
  • Ensure all content complies with legal, brand, and compliance standards

 

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

  • 5+ years of experience in copywriting, with a focus on campaign work, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing environment.
  • A portfolio showcasing a range of campaign copy, including digital ads, social media, and email marketing.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with sharp attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt your writing style to fit different brand voices and appeal to varied audiences.
  • Strong understanding of branding, creative storytelling, and marketing strategies.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers and strategists.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and best practices for writing persuasive, results-driven copy.

AG1 is dedicated to providing equitable and competitive compensation & benefits packages. For this particular role, the base salary range is $87,000.00 to $111,500.00 and will ultimately be decided at the offer stage, based on an individual candidate’s level of skills and experience aligned with the needs of this role. Base salary is one component of total compensation for this position. We provide a competitive mix of base salary, performance bonus, and stock option allocation for eligible roles.
