THE ROLE
AG1 is seeking a creative and experienced Senior Manager, Brand Acts Production to join our dynamic Marketing team. This role serves as the driving force behind experiential campaign moments that bring our brand’s identity to life in innovative and memorable ways. Reporting to the Director of Production and working closely with Senior Manager, Brand Acts and the Brand Campaign teams, you will plan and execute dynamic, in-person experiences that resonate with target audiences and build meaningful connections. These activations can range from immersive pop-ups and city takeovers to interactive installations and stunt events.
The producer ensures each project is flawlessly executed by managing budgets, timelines, and logistics while collaborating with creative teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Their goal is to create experiences that amplify brand visibility, generate buzz, and foster emotional engagement, all while maintaining the brand’s integrity and aligning with strategic objectives.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Activation Leadership: Drive the strategy development and ensure successful execution of small to large scale, high-profile brand activations aligned with broader marketing and brand goals to ensure consistency and impact.
- Project Ownership: Oversee the end-to-end production process for complex experiential campaigns ensuring all activations are delivered on time, within budget, and meet brand standards.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and contractors.
- Budget & Resource Management: Develop and manage productions around allocated activation budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or creativity.
- Risk & Compliance Management: Oversee permitting, insurance, and regulatory compliance for activations; mitigating risks and troubleshooting challenges to ensure smooth execution.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
- 5-7 years of production experience with a focus on live events and/or brand activations
- Expertise in social media platforms and content trends, especially in producing organic social media content
- Proven leadership experience in overseeing event and activation production teams or processes, with a track record of delivering successful projects
- Strategic mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture and ensure all experiences align with the brands overarching marketing goals
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple production timelines
- General knowledge of video production, photography, and post-production processes
- Ability to work cross-functionally with teams like Community, Creative, and Brand
- A passion for storytelling and amplifying brand messages through brand events and activations
- Willingness to travel to attend and cover events and activations
- Belief that they can take something that sounds impossible and make it happen.

AG1 is dedicated to providing equitable and competitive compensation & benefits packages. For this particular role, the base salary range is $110,000 - $134,000 and will ultimately be decided at the offer stage, based on an individual candidate’s level of skills and experience aligned with the needs of this role. Base salary is one component of total compensation for this position. We provide a competitive mix of base salary, performance bonus, and stock option allocation for eligible roles.
