Atlassian is looking for a Channel Practice Development Lead, AI & Rovo
The Channel Go-To-Market (GTM) team focuses on accelerating partner revenue through solution adoption by designing and operating GTM initiatives, enablement coursework and programs, as well as, managing the development of a set of focus partners to accelerate their ability to market, sell and implement Atlassians cloud solution offerings.
As the Channel Practice Development Lead, AI and Rovo, you will own the practice development framework end to end to accelerate Atlassians partner capabilities to drive market momentum for AI and Rovo solution offerings. We are looking for someone who will help develop Atlassian channel capabilities to market, sell and implement Atlassians AI offerings.
Were looking for an experienced partner solution professional that can be a subject matter expert on AI, providing insights and expertise to all partners. You should have a diverse skill set, including technical, enablement and GTM proficiency. We are looking for a track record in cross-team collaboration & program management, and execution capabilities. You will report to Grant Lewis, the Global Head of Cloud Channel Platform, GTM.
In this role, you will:
Partner with teams to create strategic partner plans focused on Atlassians AI + Rovo solution offering
Develop a channel practice development framework, enablement roadmap and key initiatives focused on driving partner capabilities to support customers at all stages of their AI lifecycle
Promote partners AI + Rovo value proposition internally and externally with partners
Collaborate with Atlassian sales, partner solutions architects, enablement and product teams to aide partners in the development of compelling AI offerings
Understand the sales and technical requirements of partners and their customers and work along side Atlassian partner and enablement teams to guide Atlassian partners on their development of AI + Rovo practices and capabilities
Promote AI and Rovo solution offerings across the partner ecosystem
Review partner solution capabilities and provide best-practice and strategic guidance that enhances their sales and implementation performance for Atlassians AI offerings
Your background:
Experience developing enablement roadmaps and go-to-market programs to accelerate partner revenue growth and capabilities
Experience delivering partner co-sell, co-market and co-deliver Indicators
Excellent communication skills to executive sales and partner-based audiences
Minimum 7 years in Strategy Consulting or Sales/Business Operations, within a high-growth technology company
Compensation
At Atlassian, we aim to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is determined by a candidates skills, expertise, or experience.
In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $193,500 - $258,000
Zone B: $174,200 - $232,200
Zone C: $160,600 - $214,100
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
