Who we are
Our Business Systems team is focused on implementation, management and enhancement of Attentive’s enterprise applications and processes. As a highly cross-functional team across functional and technical departments, collaboration, communication and prioritization are key skills needed to be successful.
Why Attentive needs you
- Team Leadership: Build, develop, and lead high-performing team comprised of Technical Product Managers and analysts
- Data Governance and Management: Establish effective data governance practices to ensure data quality, fidelity, and accessibility.
- Transformation Program Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of transformation projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- System Architecture and Design: Collaborate with technical delivery teams to design and implement robust, scalable, and secure system architectures.
- Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to minimize disruption and maximize adoption of new systems and processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with business leaders across various departments to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimization.
About you
- 10+ years of experience in system transformation, digital transformation or other enterprise application, business technology or operational roles
- 5+ years of hands on experience with Salesforce
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex system implementations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across diverse teams, including technical, business, and functional teams
- Nice to have - Experience with SQL, Netsuite, SaaS operations and SoX compliance enablement

For US based applicants:
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $196,000 $235,000 annually + equity + benefits
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
