The Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to join our Enterprise Delivery team.

Reporting to the Director, Change Management, the Change Manager is responsible for driving successful change management programs. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing change initiatives within the financial services sector.

What your day looks like:

  • Develop and implement, change management strategies and plans to support organizational goals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple lines of business to identify and assess the impact of change initiatives and define change objectives
  • Lead change management activities, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement
  • Develop and maintain change management documentation, including impact assessments, change plans, and status reports
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and make necessary adjustments
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams and leaders on change management best practices
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Your experience and skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • 5 or more years of progressive experience in change management within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus
  • Fluent communication skills in English are required and bilingual skills in French are an asset
