As the Senior Manager, Sales (Customer Sales), you will be responsible for overseeing and leading part of our customer sales team in selling our BRB order-to-cash software and digital payments solutions to the worlds leading brands. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and ensuring the success of our sales team.
What Youll Do:
- Provide strategic direction, leadership, and mentorship to the sales team, which includes Customer Account Executives. You will set clear sales targets, performance expectations, and KPIs to drive revenue growth and exceed business objectives.
- Identify new customer sales opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and expand our customer partnerships. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and decision-makers to drive sales growth and achieve market penetration.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute sales strategies, plans, and initiatives. Define go-to-market strategies, target markets, and customer segments to optimize sales effectiveness and drive competitive advantage.
- Lead the development and execution of strategic account plans for key customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior-level executives and key decision-makers within customer organizations.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, such as revenue, pipeline, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction. Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats. Leverage market intelligence to refine sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales collateral, tools, and resources that support the sales process.
- Provide sales training and enablement to new hires with programs to equip the sales team with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively sell our solutions.
- Foster strong collaboration and alignment with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, customer success, and finance. Ensure seamless coordination and cooperation to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and maximize business performance.
What Youll Bring:
- Minimum of 8+ years of progressive sales experience, with a proven track record of success in selling enterprise software solutions. Experience in the order-to-cash or financial technology industry is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in sales leadership or management roles is required.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams. Strong coaching and mentoring skills are essential. Experience in managing remote or geographically dispersed teams is a plus.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to formulate and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals. Proven experience in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in a competitive market environment.
- Deep understanding of the order-to-cash process, digital payments landscape, and broader industry trends. Ability to understand customers business challenges, pain points, and objectives. Experience in consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches is preferred.
- Excellent relationship-building
The expected base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $170,000 annually.
Compensation may vary depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Some roles may qualify for extra incentives like equity, commissions, or other variable performance-related bonuses.
