Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing’s Indirect Supply Chain (ISC) organization is seeking candidates for our Associate Indirect Supply Chain Participant - Rotational Development Program to join our team in multiple Boeing work locations across the US.

This 12-month engaging program includes training and commodity rotations designed to prepare early career procurement professionals with the tools and resources needed to be successful in Indirect Supply Chain (ISC) source-to-pay procurement teams.  The cohort-based model uniquely positions new employees to network and build relationships necessary to advance in ISC’s collaborative work culture.  Upon successful completion of the program, participants are expected to transition to a permanent role in the organization as a procurement agent or procurement/business analyst.  

This position allows the candidate to be based out of one of the following: Seattle, WA; Everett, WA; Auburn, WA; Renton, WA; Bellevue, WA; Tukwila, WA; Arlington, VA; Herndon, VA; Mesa, AZ; Berkeley, MO; Hazelwood, MO; Chicago, IL; New Orleans, LA; North Charleston, SC; Titusville, FL; Huntington Beach, CA; Long Beach, CA; El Segundo, CA; Seal Beach, CA; Oklahoma City, OK; Plano, TX; San Antonio, TX; Huntsville, AL or Ridley Park, PA.

  • Demonstrates capability to effectively manages supplier, business partner and peer relationships

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.  This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required.  “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience in a role which required negotiating skills to influence decisions

  • 1+ years of experience with data analytics  

  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

  • Relationship management skills

  • Experience in a role that required organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, facilitate, and coordinate multiple projects

  • Adept at communicating and working with a global team in a virtual and face-to-face environment

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management

  • 1+ years of experience with proposal management, strategies development and/or contract negotiations

  • 1+ years of experience in Data Analysis

Typical Education/Experience: 

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years related work experience)

Relocation:

Summary pay range: $48,450 - $74,750
