In this role, you will oversee the delivery, program management, and service assurance activities within the TG&O function. This role will be responsible for driving the successful execution of the program, ensuring timely delivery, and managing all related plans and communications.
As the Mid-Level Information Technology Delivery Product Specialist, you will own the end-to-end delivery process, from strategic planning to execution, and ensure all activities adhere to established quality standards and key performance indicators (KPIs). You will also play a crucial role in managing quality assurance processes, ensuring continuous improvement, and maintaining service delivery excellence.
Position Responsibilities:
Coordinate cross-function teams to align resource and deliverables with project goals
Maintain and monitor project plans, progress and KPI’s adjusting plans as necessary to meet program commitments
Analyze service feedback and performance data to identify areas for continual improvement
Identify areas for process improvement, manage project risks, and implement solutions to ensure continuous program optimization and mitigation of potential issues
Prepare and present reporting on service quality metrics and improvement initiatives to key stakeholders
Work on Boeing specific tools such as Technology Asset Compliance and Oversight Systems
This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
3+ years of experience with Information Technology Project Management
3+ years of experience working in risk management, governance, and regulatory requirements related to cybersecurity with a specific focus on business outcomes and service delivery
3+ years of experience using Microsoft Project, Primavera, or other project management tools
3+ years of experience leading and working in a cross functional and complex global environment, building relationships among a team through open dialogue, trust, accountability and empowerment and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience IT governance frameworks and methodologies (e.g., ITIL, COBIT)
Experience in the aerospace or defense industry
Experience with Agile methodologies and practices
Experience in Technology Governance
Experience with third party service providers
