Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Senior Manager Global Performance and Execution to join our team in Miami, FL.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at above listed location.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
8+ years of experience in Operations, Customer Support, Sales and/or Program Management in an aerospace or complex industry
6+ years of supervisory experience
5+ years working within a fast-paced team environment, which requires strong communication skills to frequently interact with Leadership or internal and external customers
Demonstrated leadership, communication (both written and verbal) and problem-solving skills
Ability to tailor messages to internal and external customers and across multiple levels of the customer’s organization
Managing execution of customer programs
Proficient knowledge in all Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) applications
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage competing priorities
Highly motivated, self-directed individual with strong leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or supply chain management
Experience in SAP or managing teams utilizing SAP
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
Travel:
This position requires traveling up to 20% of the time.

Summary pay range: $126,000 - $180,000
