Role Overview: As a Senior Provisioning Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the support organization, ensuring that our customers receive their software efficiently and accurately. This position involves managing software orders and provisioning software to customers through our Salesforce platform.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process software orders from Salesforce and other internal systems.

  • Provide guidance and best practices to other non-senior members of the team.

  • Provision software directly to customers or coordinate with the services organization for deployment.

  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of software to meet customer needs.

  • Maintain detailed records of provisioning activities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any provisioning issues.

  • Establish and improve new processes as opportunities present themselves.

  • Provide exceptional customer support and address inquiries related to software provisioning.

Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of software provisioning processes.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. 

 

Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and in addition to benefits this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity. 

 

US Base Salary Range: $50,000 - $53,000
