We are looking to hire a Strategic Account Executive to our Public Sector Impact Management team. In this role, you will sell complex six and seven figure enterprise level software to the Federal & State government through a variety of purchase vehicles and channel partners. Role Overview:

  • You will use your network and knowledge of the government health and human services leaders, partners, consultants, subject matter to open doors, sell new deals, expand business, and accelerate revenue growth.

  • You will lead and execute ABX cross functional strategy and territory demand plans in coordination with Marketing, BDR, and Account Executive teams.

  • You will lead strategic growth plans for accounts and coordination with capture and RFP teams to drive demand in your territory.

  • You are mission focused and want to drive positive impact by helping government agencies be more efficient and improve the ways they interact and serve their constituents

  • You are an enterprise leader/mentor and set the tone for consistency and professionalism

What Youll Do:

  • Close $1M+ in Annual Recurring Revenue bookings.

  • Use our sales tools to manage accounts, open opportunities, and also to manage stage conversion, forecast categories , & the hand-off process.

  • You understand the need for sales hygiene and will provide predictable and reliable forecasts

  • Building awareness and driving demand for solutions within your Public Sector Federal and State prospects and accounts

  • Creating coordinated demand within a territory and or list of target accounts through a cross functional approach.

  • Serving as an evangelist for our case management offerings while communicating and demonstrating the value of our solution to our prospects.

  • Uncovering new and diverse applications use cases to drive demand in your accounts and territories.

  • Collaborating cross functionally amongst our business units to maximize Bonterras ability to win enterprise deals.

  • Working thoughtfully with customers to identify and uncover new business opportunities.

Who You Are:

  • You have a five-year track-record of success in selling Enterprise SaaS subscriptions into Federal and State public sector agencies.

  • Selling into our core vertical of health & human services is a big plus!

  • Youve demonstrated ability to overachieve on quota & pipeline creation delivering upwards of $1M in bookings annually.

  • Subject matter expertise in any of our verticals including public health, human services, education, housing, public safety and workforce development.

  • You have a deep understanding of HHS business problems, technical solutions, needs, and the framework to solve them.

  • You are an expert in procurement navigation, complex buying processes, evaluation,  funding, grants, and fiscal cycles, working with partners including resellers and integration partners.

  • Leadership experience preferred.

Compensation 

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. 

Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and in addition to benefits this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity. 

US Base Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 base; $280,000 - $300,000 OTE uncapped.
