The Opportunity:

Are you searching for a position where you can use your expertise in business operations to impact programs across the DoD, filling a critical role in delivering technology solutions to the warfighter? 

On our team, you’ll work directly with the client organization to support configuration and management of a DoD APEX database to ensure optimal performance and premium user support. You’ll manage user access, roles, and permissions within the APEX environment. You’ll troubleshoot and resolve issues for database functionality and performance. You’ll manage incoming task requests and route them through appropriate subject matter experts. You’ll build and maintain document libraries while establishing procedures and enforcing best practices. Additionally, you’ll manage the internal battle rhythm, including capturing detailed notes, identifying actions, and supporting the development of various products.

You Have:

• Experience building and maintaining client relationships while collaborating across diverse, cross-functional teams
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and 365 Teams
• Experience solving client problems
• Ability to provide onsite support up to 5 days a week
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with Oracle Database administration and SQL
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possession of excellent detail-oriented skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
