We’re looking for a change management consultant like you who can use effective change management practices and strategies for successful implementation of organizational change.   

 

This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on the intelligence community. As a change management consultant on our team, you’ll engage with clients at the senior level to help them to understand their vision and success criteria. Your client will look to you to develop and implement approaches to effective stakeholder management, communications, and relevant activities designed to support user adoption or acceptance of the relevant change. As the expert, you’ll identify and anticipate your client’s needs as you support their way forward.

You Have:

• 2+ years of experience in working with leadership or project management in a professional or military environment

• Experience with designing and implementing change management strategies

• Experience with engaging and managing senior stakeholders on behalf of government clients

• Ability to create and present senior-level briefings and reports

• Ability to conduct research and analysis on industry best practices, including implementation of business processes in a mission environment

• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

• Bachelors degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience in working with information technology

• Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment

• Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and make progress in areas where high ambiguity and uncertainty exists

• Ability to think critically, using logic and reasoning to help identify alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems  

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Masters degree

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
