Digital Content Experience Specialist

The Opportunity:

Booz Allen’s Enterprise Digital Experience team manages the company’s external-facing digital presence, including digital marketing and social media channels. We sit at the intersection of marketing strategy, experience design, data analytics, and leading-edge technology, supporting the company’s mission of “accelerating outcomes for the nation with advanced technology” through exceptional digital experiences. We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Content Experience Specialist, focused on building and publishing consistent and engaging content experiences for the firm’s digital channels, including BoozAllen.com, social media, and email campaigns. You will display a passion for creating customer-centered digital experiences that meet business and user goals.

In this role, you will work closely with content creators to coordinate the production and publication of digital content optimized for the user experience, analyze engagement data and trends to uncover insights, and apply and advise on industry best practices related to content experiences and SEO. You will ensure a high-level of quality content published to digital channels within Adobe Marketing Cloud platforms. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience in a digital operations environment, including the management and production of enterprise websites or digital channels

• Experience with user experience (UX) principles and web design best practices

• Experience with enterprise content management systems

• Experience working in a cross-functional team setting, and coordinating with various functional teams such as content, creative, marketing, corporate communications, and brand

• Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize and manage complex tasks, communicate effectively across disciplines, and work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelors degree

Nice if You Have:

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

• Experience with front-end coding with HTML5

• Experience with developing learning materials and accelerating adoption of tools and process through knowledge sharing and training

• Experience working marketing to B2B or B2G prospects

• Ability to apply strategic and creative thinking that uses data to inform decision making

• Ability to write and copyedit content

• Possession of excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communications skills

• Certification in web design, user experience (UX), customer experience (CX), digital marketing, or project management

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
