As a joint target intelligence analyst, you use your specialized functional experience and attention to detail to develop analytic assessments to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. As a Joint Target Analyst on our team, you’ll help your client understand various targets, target systems, and their vulnerabilities. Using your understanding of all-source, imagery, and geospatial analysis, you will support the development of analytic materials in direct support to operational planning supporting the DoDs efforts. You’ll validate the information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for warfighters and policymakers and facilitate cooperation with other partners. You will bring in-depth understanding and expertise to implement the joint targeting cycle and analyze threat platforms and organizations to support operational planning and targeting efforts. You Have: 

• 8+ years of experience in joint target analysis

• Experience with target materials analysis and target coordinate mensuration

• Experience with Imagery or Geospatial Analysis

• Experience with targeting deliverables, including Collateral Damage Estimations and Battle Damage Assessments

• Knowledge of joint command and subordinate organization’s structure, role, and command relationship

• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

• Bachelors degree

Nice If You Have: 

• 12+ years of experience in joint target analysis

• Experience as a targeting analyst supporting joint command-level organizations

• Experience with intelligence analysis relevant to the CENTCOM AOR

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confidently interfacing with senior military and civilian officials

• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

• Masters degree

• Completion of Joint Targeting courses

• Target Mensuration Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
