People Business Systems Access and Security Lead

Key Role:

Provides Human Resource Management system expertise to Human Resource (HR) engagements for various HRMS solutions, including Workday and Day Force. Applies leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts. Works on unusually complex problems and provides highly innovative solutions across all areas of People Business Systems. Operates with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision, mentors or supervises employees in both firm and technical competencies. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with leading complex technical projects and implementing solutions in a production environment

  • Experience with multiple functional areas, including authentication, access control, and security constructs

  • Ability to gather business requirements, translate requirements into technical solutions, prototype, test and deploy solutions, and exercise mature judgement

  • Bachelors degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of MS Office, including MS Excel

  • Knowledge of environment management best practices

  • Knowledge of best practices for handling PII data and regulations, including GDPR

  • Possession of a passion for exceptional customer service

  • Possession of strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills

  • Possession of excellent oral and written communications skills, including presentation skills

  • Workday Pro or other Workday Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
