Program Management Analyst

On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of our client. You’ll work as a lead support to program leadership, managing acquisition timelines and plans, developing detailed program briefings for senior military and civilian leadership and congressional staffers, tracking monthly and annual financial commitments and developing required briefings to show fiscal execution, coordinate reporting on program risks, and develop future programmatic roadmaps using tools, including MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word. In this customer facing role, you will have regular interactions with senior civilian and military leaders. You Have:
6+ years of experience with Program Office acquisition at the ACAT 1 level, working through all phases of the acquisition process
5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Products, such as Project, SharePoint, Power BI, Word, Excel, Visio, and Power Point, and extracting data from Project to build visualizations of project health for external audiences
5+ years of experience in Defense Department financial management and Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) phases
Experience with Department of Navy shipbuilding projects or commercial shipbuilding projects
Experience working with Statements of Work (SOW) and CDRLs
Knowledge of acquisition guidance, such as 5000.2G
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a bias for action and self-start to exceed client expectations
Secret clearance
Bachelors degree
Nice If You Have:
5+ years of experience working on a major staff, such as COCOM, Joint Staff, or OPNAV, building briefs, working under tight timelines, and maintaining high-level of product quality
5+ years of experience writing briefs for senior military audiences
Ability to pay strict attention to detail
Possession of excellent analysis and problem-solving skills
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelors degree in Engineering

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
