We are seeking an experienced and talented SharePoint Developer to join our team and address these challenges. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SharePoint development, architecture, and administration, particularly in SharePoint 2013 and 2016, and will collaborate with diverse stakeholders to design, develop, and implement innovative SharePoint solutions.

As a SharePoint Developer, you will leverage your expertise to create applications that are intuitive, optimized, and customizable. You will be an independent contributor who will advise a variety of stakeholders on the importance of knowledge management and educate them on modern SharePoint frameworks and integrations while helping them maintain their current systems. Your contributions will directly impact our clients’ ability to adapt to evolving challenges, improve business processes, and achieve mission success. You Have: 

• 5+ years of experience working with SharePoint, including SharePoi 2013 and 2016 architecture, security, and administration

• Experience testing and supporting SharePoint migrations

• Experience developing SharePoint workflows using SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio

• Experience designing and implementing SharePoint solutions, including custom web parts, workflows, and forms

• Experience implementing and troubleshooting SharePoint features such as document libraries, lists, and site collections

• Experience with HTML, Java Script, and CSS for custom development and SharePoint customization

• Experience architecting and administering SharePoint permission groups

• Ability to navigate and collaborate within complex, multi-stakeholder environments using excellent communication skills

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have: 

• Knowledge of modern SharePoint frameworks and integrations

• Knowledge of cloud-based SharePoint solutions, including SharePoint Online or Microsoft 365

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
