The Opportunity:

That is why we need you, an experienced Systems Immunology Technical Expert who can analyze every aspect of your customers operations and provide high-quality support.
As part of our team, youll serve as a Systems Immunology Technical Expert to the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H), helping conceptualize, create, and execute advanced government-funded research and development programs to accelerate better health outcomes for everyone. Work with world-class scientists and engineers to support the development of high-impact solutions to societys most challenging health problems. Leverage technical expertise to provide strategic assessments of new technologies in support to senior ARPA-H decision makers. Maintain responsibility for producing and presenting findings and recommendations to a team of colleagues and clients on the feasibility and potential impact of future research programs, assisting with the management of current programs, and facilitating commercialization of successfully developed technologies.
Youll serve as a Systems Immunology Technical Expert helping clients to understand R&D, develop stakeholder management strategies, establish new business processes, and complete research and analysis to determine viable solutions. You will be responsible for managing incoming requirements and leveraging advanced scientific expertise to drive large-scale biological R&D. Your attention to detail, flexibility, communication skills, understanding of the clients mission, and problem-solving will enable the missions success.
What You’ll Work On:
Provide subject matter expertise on the state of systems immunology concepts and technologies
Provide insights on conceptual and technical soundness of programmatic goals in the context of assessment and modulation of the immune and inflammatory response
Assist with setting goals, expectations, and budgets for projects involving area of expertise
Help in review and oversight of performance of funded projects in area of expertise
Assist with briefing materials and documents
Interact with clients, government officials, and other executives in various sectors
This position is a Hybrid role with Booz Allen. Candidate is expected to work on-site at a Booz Allen or Client Facility 20-50% of your time, as needed.

You Have:
5+ years of experience working in a professional environment
Experience in systems immunology
Experience in computational modeling, or ML and AI
Experience with budgeting and program management
Experience in interacting and communicating with senior-level executives, including SES or GS-15
Experience with using Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to operate independently within a fast-paced start-up environment
Doctorate degree in Biology, Computational Biology, Immunology, or a Science field
Nice If You Have:
Experience in a deadline-driven environment, such as ARPA, preferred
Experience with U.S. government health organizations
Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
Ability to manage multiple short- and long-term projects effectively
Ability to pay strict attention to details and diligent adherence to deadlines and deliverables
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
