The Opportunity: 

Are you looking for an opportunity to contribute to an organization’s growth and development? As a Systems Integrator, you will provide technical expertise and strategic leadership to a key DoD Positioning, Navigation, Timing (PNT) leadership. You will balance technical and strategic knowledge to influence the present and future of the organization. You will manage the team’s programmatic leads to ensure integration and synchronization across the entire portfolio.  

In coordination with the organization’s strategic communications team, you will provide expertise to senior leadership to shape the organization’s strategy, as well as support the creation of deliverables by providing deep technical insight for the client’s programs. You will provide assistance and mentorship to the senior leader who leads a multi-functional workforce made up of military, government civilians, contractors, and federally funded research and development center (FFRDC) personnel, leading development contractors. You will advise the senior leader to drive unity of command by aligning organizational structures and processes within the organization to optimize operational effectiveness.

You Have:

• 15+ years of experience with Space Operations Command

• Experience leading and mentoring geographically-dispersed, multi-disciplinary teams at multiple levels of experience

• Experience managing programmatic or contractual baselines

• Experience with the achievement of key DoD acquisition milestones and acquisition decision points

• Experience crafting or briefing strategic communications

• Ability to interact well in cross-functional team meetings and professional environments 

• Ability to interface with internal and external customers, including high-profile senior leaders

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

• 10+ years of experience with DoD acquisition system, life cycle planning, or logistics and sustainment

• 5+ years of experience with space vehicle operations

• Experience as a Senior Material Lead (SML), Material Lead (ML), Product Support Manager (PSM), or served as a deputy SML, ML, or PSM

• Experience as acquisition support to senior leaders in program and project life cycle management

• Experience working within at least one GPS Enterprise segment

• Experience in facilities and contracts management

• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

• TS/SCI clearance

• Master’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
