About the role

As part of the bp pulse Americas Customer team, this role will be responsible for managing the go-to-market strategy and implementation of demand offers, including the activation of partner deals that drive customer acquisition and revenue.

This candidate will have a deep understanding of the business commercials and a laser focus on acquisition costs associated with growth and retention strategies. Additionally, this role will serve us Customer team lead on partner interfaces to deliver against commercial agreements with proven technical expertise in creating and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns. Close collaboration with the Commercial, Product & Technology, and Operations teams will be required to deliver successful outcomes.

Note: This is a mid-level senior role.

Key accountabilities

  • Collaborates with Commercial teams on demand offers, including internal ideation and external partner negotiations, to develop data-driven success criteria and go-to-market (GTM) strategies that drive utilization across the expanding pulse Network.
  • Develops launch campaigns and leads a cross-functional team to implement, track performance, and feeds back lessons learned to improve demand offers.
  • Serves as Customer team collaborate with external partners’ marketing teams to ensure successful delivery of co-marketing efforts and collaborates with Key Account Management team to maximize value of accounts.
  • Collaborates with Product & Technology team to develop requirements and acceptance criteria for partner integrations that enable successful activations while meeting contractual obligations.
  • Tracks and reports performance across all demand activities at the network and site level, identifying growth opportunities to improve utilization via demand offers.
  • Validates and embeds GTM and demand partner playbooks from global Customer team, and regularly engages with counterparts in other global markets to ensure consistent and best-in-class delivery of programs.

Essential education

Bachelors degree

Essential experience and job requirements

  • At least five years of marketing, business, and/or customer offer development experience.
  • Proven expertise in developing and managing multi-touch marketing campaigns and performance management.
  • Experience with commercial offers and sales process acumen.
  • Experience working with and building relationships with internal and external partners. Client management a plus.
  • Experience working with global and multifunctional teams.
  • Experience managing data-centric tasks, analytic-based operations, and information-driven activities.
  • Experience leading or managing team.

California:

How much do we pay (Base)? $120,000-$222,000. *Note that the base pay range listed for this position is a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting.
