Job Description:

In this IC role the resource will drive the execution of strategic initiatives that are aligned to the divisional priorities. Key responsibilities include:

- Lead data driven business initiatives start to finish working collaboratively with stakeholders internal and external to the division

- Deliver strategic analysis/ recommendations using data to support the hypothesis

- Develop/articulate models and scenarios to accomplish intended outcome of a business initiative.

- Source, process & query multiple data inputs to develop models

- Assess effective ways of presenting and delivering the results to maximize impact and interpretability

- Develop & present analysis, health of business initiatives to executives, stakeholders and functional partners
- Assess effectiveness of current programs, processes, refine and optimize based on analytical findings. Gather, clean, transform, and/or reduce data from dissimilar sources from across multiple sources
- Engage with finance and operation partners to drive topline impact and other business data analysis to prepare executive level reviews and make and execute strategic decisions to optimize the business;

- Measure the business performance and create clear Performance Indicators that enable the business leaders to successfully grow the business;
- Be a trusted strategic advisor/partner to the team providing valuable insights to ensure the continued success of the business. Work closely with domain experts to develop relevant domain knowledge of divisions products & routes to market.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Econometrics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Applied Sciences, Statistics or job-related discipline or equivalent experience

  • Desired: Graduate degree in MBA, or above disciplines

  • 12+ years of related work experience.

  • Highly motivated, analytical thinker, keen eye for details, results-oriented, with a “can-do” attitude.

  • Experience with strategy consulting, data science framework: develop hypothesis, collect/prepare data, analyze data, communicate analysis to executives

  • Experience developing key performance indicators & actionable business metrics

  • Creative with strong problem-solving skills, analytical and process mindset, and attention to detail

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $103,000 - $164,000.

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
