The Senior Implementation Delivery Lead is directly responsible for helping bswift meet and exceed client expectations by supporting consumers on our best-in-class HR software and services. The Senior Implementation Delivery Manager is accountable for the relationships for direct market clients during the implementation. The Senior Implementation Delivery Manager is responsible for the quality and satisfaction of a new client implementation from the kickoff until the scope of services is transitioned to an ongoing state of service.

Fundamental Components:
• Lead the delivery of large and complex Health and Welfare new client implementations to achieve individual, team, & company goals
• bswift Technical and subject matter expert in key meetings including Implementation kick-off meetings, status meetings, and other meetings during the implementation process with clients
• Manage client expectations, anticipating possible delivery issues and communicating turnaround times with reasonable delivery dates
• Proactively consult clients on best practices and be a subject matter expert on necessary system and process changes to achieve client goals
• Act as a coach and mentor for other implementation team members
• Research and recommend system enhancements based upon client needs (assist in the development specifications with bswift Product Managers and Developers)
• Work closely with other teams within the organization to ensure that all services are delivered in a timely and effective manner
• Develop and implement strategies to improve client/broker satisfaction
• Keeping up to date with industry trends and developments and making recommendations for changes to the company’s client service approach as needed
• Proactively identifying and mitigating project risks while escalating when appropriate

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:
• Must have current or previous experience with benefits / implementation processes and methods
• 7+ years of client relationship, consulting and implementation experience
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot tables, providing data summaries) and working knowledge of other MS Office products
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with internal, external, technical, and non-technical team members
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and brokers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• High level of productivity, reliability, responsibility, attendance, dependability, organization and accuracy/thoroughness
• Ability to take initiative to meet challenges with resourcefulness and new innovative approaches while maintaining a high level of quality

EDUCATION
Bachelors degree in business administration or related field (required)

 

Standard working hours are 8am-5pm Central Time, unless otherwise stated in the Job Description.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $100,000-$110,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses.  If you are hired at bswift, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package!
